I keep having these dreams off and on for the longest times about crashing planes. They are jet liners and they crash right in front of me, usually in a ball of fire! One time I could even read the carrier name! I would like to know if anyone could possible help me interpret this! I DO have a fear of flying but it seems like it has to be something more complicated since I have no flying planned! Anyone?

How often did you watch the planes flying into the World Trade Center towers?
What kind of impact did that have on you? How old were you when that happened? Don't forget that we've also had years of re-seeing these images, talk about what happened, talk about airport safety, and a few more close calls since then.
Fire was the big thing when those hit.
If you've had the dreams before September 11 maybe you've just always kind of imagined how planes can crash and how you don't want to go on one.
Either way, I can't help but wonder if there's nothing more to it than your thinking about how planes, crashing, and fire can go together.
There is, however, the chance that it could mean something more. Maybe you feel, for example, like you're watching someone live a "flying" (wild) lifestyle, and you're worried that they'll "crash and burn". Maybe because the image of crashing planes is "handy" and comes naturally, in view of your fear of flying, your mind put those images on something you feel you're watching helplessly as it crashes and burns in a big way. Having it be close could be why your dream has it so you can see the name, but that could just be related to the "closeness to it" that we all felt when we watched the planes go into the buildings.
It doesn't even necessarily have to do with people who are close to you. Maybe your mind is worried about something like the way our country seems to be going. If you're someone who doesn't like trends and feels like our society is going downhill, and if you're always thinking about it and being disgusted or concerned, then it could be something like that.

Honestly, I believe God is showing you a preview of what's to come in the future. My aunt told me 25 years ago that planes would start dropping out of the sky. I don't know if you are a believer in Christ, but the time we are living in is the season of "judgement". Where God is now going to take His hands off things which He has prevented. And now people who have rejected Him will be overcome by their fears. And some people have a fear of flying. So, your dream is not a coincidence.
