You're miserable. You failed a really big, important test. Or the guy/girl you like starts going out with someone else. Or maybe you're just PMSing. But anyway, now is not a time to bother about counting calories or eating healthily. You need your favourite comfort food, and you need it now. So what do you reach for? A cup of tea with sugar, a pizza, a hamburger-with-the-lot, spaghetti, macaroni and cheese, an entire 200g block of Dairy Milk chocolate? I'd like to know. :)

For those interested, by the way, I tend to grab uncooked pre-made triple-choc cookie dough. Gross, I know, but it's a bit like chocolate fudge with chocolate chips in it.

Bread is my comfort food. Sometimes I'll just eat several slices of it plain and other times I'll have it toasted with apple butter, peanut butter, or jelly.

I buy a hearty wheat bread at the store and on weekends I pick up a couple rounds of foccacia bread at the farmers' market. There's nothing like a warm bowl of tomato soup with foccacia bread dipped in it! I always tell myself that I will practice moderation and have the bread last all week, but there is rarely any left on Mondays.

Sweetheart, there is no better comfort food on God's Green Earth than Little Debbie Swiss Chocolate Rolls....take your pick, they come with regular or chocolate cream. Moses and his cronies had manna...we got Debbie Cakes.

And wash it down with some Diet Mountain Dew...no, the Debbie Cakes don't defeat the purpose of drinking diet soda...Diet Dew tastes much better than the regular...and besides, there is new medical evidence that drinking diet soda cancels out the calories of impulse snacks. (But you probably knew that already...and, as we all know, if you break the Debbie Cakes in half before you eat them, the calories leak out...same goes for Oreos as well).

Hope whatever has you at the end of your rope works itself out...good night, good luck, and good news tomorrow.

Definately chocolate and cheese. Nachos and then a hershey bar for desert:)
Women crave chocolate during that time of the month because we lose seratonin. Some kind of chemical in the body. And it can be found in chocolate.

I like whipped vanilla frosting that is still cold, and on certain heart broken occasions I will dip candy hearts in it. It is yummy, and after about 10-30min makes me feel a little better, than I take a nap. I wake up refreshed and ready to burn off those calories, lol.

Ben and Jerry's "Everything But The...", a cup of wild sweat orange Tazo tea, and a Slim Jim. Yes, all at the same time...so sue me.

If I can't get those, I dip french fries in a chocolate shake. :-)

Hot fruit pie ala mode. Of course I would have eaten roast beef with homemade beef gravy on mashed potatoes before the dessert.
