i just got braces and the ortho. told me not to chew gum but i didnt listen so i went off and chewed gum how do i get rid of it

Brush your teeth a few times and eat hard crisp foods like carrots. Then... don't chew gum.

you should try using a the christmas tree brush to get the gum out there....or if you have a water pi you can get it out with that.

The orthodontist gave you something called a christmas tree to get food out. Use that.

Not sure if this is universal, but when I had them I tried sucking it out with my tounge. If that didn't work I used a toothpick and a paper towel.

Try nail polish remover.. Only if you can take the brace out of your mouth. If not... rinse and clean with toohpase. pick i off

try brushing your teeth.. and rinsing off alottt!!.
and careful w/ the gum hehe
keep it in the back of your mouth and NO BUBBLES!! hehe
