I scored an 80. I know it's probably different everywhere in the country, but I was just wondering if anyone works for the USPS could tell me how long it took to get placed after they passed the test. I'm sort of getting anxious.

I scored an 82, prior service. I've been waiting 2 years. No matter now, I found a better job. Best of luck.

they should tell you how far down the list you are. if not then you should be placed soon. it all depends. also since it is a government job it take a while. my uncle took up to three years waiting for a job with the government. it paid off in the end though. don't worry about it you should just relax. it'll go fine.

You are very correct when you say it's different everywhere in the US. You could get called in one month or it could be 5 years.
