Diet -

First, calculate or estimate how much calories you use up everyday. From there, only eat an amount of calories lesser than the amount u use everyday.
Diet should include lots of complex carbohydrates like bread, rice, noodles, pasta etc. and avoid simple carbs like pastries, cakes etc. If you do consume simple carbs, use it up through workouts. Remove skin from meat!
Don't forget to eat protein. It is necessary for the continuous growth of cells. Eat veggs & fruits because they can speed up burning of calories and give other benefits.
If your not sure of how much to eat, refer to the Healthy Diet Pyramid and measure your intakes of serves respetively.

Excercise -

People do high intense but low frequency workouts to build bulky muscles and burn lesser fats. But in your case, you want to burn more fats. Do less intense workouts but do it more frequently. Arobics is one good example. If your doing workouts, remember to add the amount of calories burned into your calorie outtake.

There are website which can calculate amount of calories burnt from activities and calories in food. Sorry but you have to search them via search engines. Search: 'calorie calculator'.

Everyday chores -

Thats right. Take the stairs instead of the lift. Walk instead of driving a car to somewhere close can be effective in burning calories if done frequently. House hold chores contributes mildly to your goal.

Thanks you.

eat of green leafy vegetables and fruits. Stay away from processed/ preserved foods, pizza, basically any "fast food" foods, especially McDonalds. DONT even try to get those 'weight loss" programs they advertise on tv, like Jenny Craigg diets. Theyre only gonna mess with your metabolism. Diet pills have a possibility of giving you cancer someday. DO some physical stuff, like work out in the gym or yoga. The results are SO MUCH better than those processed plates of food you'll get from South Beach Diet. Those are just for big, sissy, wimps.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

so if you can't do it on your own they are good, you can do it on line now as well,
I couldn't have done without them.

i individually do not feel consuming "breakfast" is most important for weight reduction. Eating a work of fruit or a small salad would be a breakfast, and even consuming water with a banana. personally, weight reduction is approximately consuming the proper complete meals coupled with a good quantity of bodily activitiy comparable to going for walks or anything extra strenuous.

To stay in shape, I run about a mile every day at 6am, then I do some exercises(ex: sit ups, jumping jacks, etc.). That really does work!
The types of food you should stay away from are: chocolate, soda, greasy food, things with too much salt. etc.
You should eat fruits, veggies, and lean meat (chicken).
:) hope It helped!
