I've tried to eat properly and it makes me feel great, but I feel like Im missing out on all the good (junk) foods and end up binge eating, especially at school and work where everyone else is stuffing there face with all my favourite junk.

You cannot totally deprive yourself immediately of the goodies. Slowly wean yourself. It will be a lot easier to do. Then when you see progress being made you will be able to stop the binge. It takes a lot of self control to do this in the beginning. but once you see that you have lost a few pounds and are eating better it will get easier. Good luck

it shouldnt always be about what you eat, but the portions of the food that you want to eat ( if that makes sence ) incorporate all the foods you love so then youll avoid binging situations!

i have some experience in this. i am bulimic and the best thing to do is get help from a doctor. if you think you are fat then just look at yourself in the mirror and say how GOOD you look. think about the positive side.
