Agter is probably an incorrect spelling of ACHTER and then it means 'behind'.
The other word I cannot identify, even though I'm a fluent Dutch speaker.
There is a small chance that the Dutch word ACHTERDOCHT (one word) is meant, and then it means 'suspicion'.

Agter will probably be "achter" which means behind.

And "duz" does not exist. Was it written as one word "agterduz" as separate words, or is it something your heard and tried to spell fonetically? The word "dus" does exist (pronounced as "does" btw) and means "so" in the sense of "So you think he's crazy".

As stated in the other answer: Achterdocht = Suspicion, it could also be Achterdeur = Backdoor?

It's kinda hard to help you out without knowing the context in which you've seen the words, especially since they're spelled incorrectly.
