I used to be that way. It has to do with hormones or possibly an imbalance in hormones... It was very noticeable when I was pregnant.
How old are you? If you are still a teen, a person's hormones go wild during that time... That is why most teenagers are very emotional!!!

Are you pregnant? Under stress? Depressed?
For myself, I'm VERY sensitive. I tend to feel more deeply than others and I'll cry over the silliest thing. I could be watching the birth of a child, or reading a sad book and without fail, the water works will turn on. It can be an annoyance. Just call me a cry baby.

The brain dislikes having to relearn anything and will make unbalanced chemicals and discharge them into the spinal fluid blood . When we force our brain to deal with wrong expectations for love and sex we get an extreme anxiety called depression. These unbalanced chemicals are still in your brain fluid much later than when you were thinking about a stressful situation and these chemicals are the cause your feeling so sad without reason. They are so powerful and we can be disinterested in anything that is happening around us. For others these chemicals make a real total body pain.

You may not realize you have something stressful and worrying you but it sure sounds like depression to me. I was like that too before treatment. There are many treatments available - it is common so there is no "stigma" anymore. Please see your doctor and they can recommend some medications to help you over the next little while. Don't suffer any more when there is no need to.

It could be hormones...it could be anxiety attacks or maybe panic attacks? but you should see your doctor anyway to make sure. sometimes you don't realise until it's too late that there actually is a problem and you were just denying it but your mind isn't. either way its good to talk to someone just in case!
good luck!

I get sad allot too and cry too, but I know why. If you don't know why maybe should go to a counselor and see what is going on with you. Maybe you they can help you figure it out.

there are some people in this world who are exceptionally emotional, i m one of them. this world is full of thick skinned people and they don't understand you..
emotional people generally feel alone because of this and suffer of their melanocholiness.
you need to keep yourself occupied, as i do , so that my emotions don't override me and make me cry.
just be busy with some activities as per your interests, find an emotional friend like you , who can share , care and understand your emotions.
don't cry baby, god bless

I get that way too sometimes, usually due to PMS. If you are getting really concerned about it go see your family doctor and see what they advise.

It could be a lot of things: anxiety, depression, chemical imbalance, etc. Talk to your doctor.
