You stop growing when you are about 18-20 years old. So sad to say, you probably won't grow any taller.
I'm short too, I'm 158cm, and I don't find that it affects my life very often, only at concerts with giants around me and when trying to get things from top shelves in supermarkets.
Be thankful for what you have, there are worse things that being vertically challenged.

At your age, the growth plates of the bones are fused already. They can't grow longer anymore.
If you really, really really want to gain maybe a couple of inches, there's a procedure where they fracture your legs, then put you in a device that millimeter by millimeter will slowly separate the two ends so that new bone will fill the gap. But I hear that it's a very painful process.

You can't unless perhaps you're still growing. Your height is determined by genetics.

By age 25 your growth plates have probably calcified, so you are stuck with wearing lifts or accepting your stature.

You are someone who is not in touch with himself. In time you will come to realize that you get what you get. But if you are that insecure, you can buy lifts which are inserted in your shoes. But be care-full these lifts can cause calf and shin damage.
