You have to get a solicitation number, or something like that, so you can send your demo to record companies. If you don't have the proper info on the outside of the envelope it goes straight in the trash. Try entering contests, thats how I'm trying to make it. I've had a few good things come out of them.

One of the most important aspects of singing well involves correct breathing. Now you would think that we would already do this correctly. Try a site like https://tr.im/sbOce which has the best vocal exercises

After all if we couldn't breathe we wouldn't be alive! But in reality many people have bad breathing habits caused by a variety of things including poor posture and our often frantic lifestyles. Learning how to control your breathing is one of the keys to improving your voice.

Singing requires that you are able to take in enough air quickly before you are about to sing a line and then let this air out in a regular and controlled way whilst singing the notes. The mistake many novice singers do is to take a quick shallow gasp of air into the top of the lungs. This results in there being insufficient air, to get you through the line you are singing, and you will end up dropping notes. I'm sure you can relate to this experience and can remember times when you have had to quickly take in more air half way through the line or note you are singing.

have you written songs, or lyrics, there is a difference. if you have written SONGS, then record them, go to a studio, round up some friends or hire some studio musicians and record them.

if you wrote lyrics, find a producer in your area and see if they like your music and ask if they will produce some tracks for you to put your lyrics over.

either way, it's not easy and takes time, dedication, and some money. you have to get out there and get a name and reputation for yourself. it's not going to happen overnight, and most artists never make it, so make sure you approach it with a realistic mindset. do some research online also, there is a lot that goes into music from copyrights to performance rights organizations, to recording, law, you name it.

Put yourself out there!
Do what the other musicians do, audition for lots of gigs. What I mean is, go to your local college music department, and check out the message boards. They will be filled with bands auditioning for singers, musicians, etc. Then audition for as many bands until you find the right group where you fit right in. Then you audition for weddings, for playing at local bars, your county fair, the town parade, as many performances you can rack up. Does your town have a weekly summer street party or night time farmer's market? Call up the people in charge of the swap meets and markets, fairs and conventions, and audtion to perform. Here in my town there is a weekly concert in the park by local bands, plus street performances at the thursday Farmer's Market. Make sure you bring copies of your music recorded to hand out to interested people or agents.
Most musicians and famous singers started out this way. Even Reba McIntire got her start singing "The Star Spangled Banner" at her town's rodeo...

properly, "There Are Worse issues i could desire to Do" is a particularly person-friendly song to sing at auditions. in case you elect for something that's no longer overdone, seek for lesser standard musicals by employing your fashionable composers and you are able to locate some super songs. occasion: you like Into The Woods? look at a number of Stephen Sondheim's different works, like the tutor Saturday night. keen on depraved? look into a number of Stephen Schwartz's much less ordinary shows, like Pippin.

If I knew the answer to that question then I would be famous for my songs. Oh well.

that would work if you send your music to a company...

but i think it would be best that you find a rich producer who can find time to hear and appreciate your work...

if he likes it, then your the luckiest person on earth!

but dont forget, "the quickest way to win a good heart is by means of a good heart... "

GOD BLESS!
