It's Cheesy. We thought it was a hoot to get the champagne glass hot tub etc..., but that is after we have been together ten years.

that's my experience... The nice eating grew to become out to be a low funds buffet meal reminiscent of ingesting at Denny’s and the “rub down” grew to become into somewhat a pair of plastic massagers as shown interior the enclosed diagram that they inspired travelers to apply on one yet another. This misrepresentation is unscrupulous and fraudulent on the part of the provider provider and nicely under the expectancy set at such an fee. the two insulting is the certainty that the advertising supplies for sure confirmed a lavish room with a flat show television. The room somewhat had the lodging of a miles low priced inn; an previous tube television on a stand with the help of the door, a wiped out mattress and inadequate paper-skinny towels.

I used to live in the Poconos and you couldn't pay me to go back. The hotels are cheesy and dirty and after 20 years I still couldn't find a decent restaurant. Run... don't walk... away from the Poconos.

Yes, I have been to the Poconos. It is ok. There is horseback riding, ect.
I'd rather go to Ocean City, Maryland though!
Check out the Beach Live Webcam during the day!

Grea for a honeymoon or romantic get away. you can get a plain room in the main house or you can have one of those fantasy suites with the heart shaped tub or champagne glass and the private pools. They genreally have meals included in the price and there are activities that you can get out and mess around with when you want to get out. The area is beautiful all times of th year and you can get involved with other couples in the games and such or you can come out for meals and hurry back to your nest. The rest of the world seems very far away and you can really just be alone together. I highly recommend it.

It's pretty tacky in the Poconos...unless your going skiing or something like that...if you prefer the east coast , check out Cape May in NJ.

I was born there!!!! I love and miss it. Depending on when you go, there's skiing, or you can go to the water park. There's also lots of trails for hiking and exploring. There's a casino up there, I believe, and lots of great shopping. I think one of the hotels up there has a bathtub that shaped like a wine glass, I saw it on some travel show.

I haven't personally been there, but my husband had vacationed there a few years before we met. He says it's rather nice and would like to plan another vacation to the area when our daughters are older.

Its great! There is so much to do all day and the buffet dinner is delicious!
And if you just feel like staying inside your suite, its so cool!!
I really loved it, and enjoyed my time there. totally worth it!
