I've had these terrific, painful cramps and/or spasms in the tops of my feet and can't find out what is causing it. I have read about MORTON'S NEUROMA as a possible cause, but can't get any doctor to do the test needed to see. I have the characteristic tender pain between the 3rd and 4th toes (at one doctor's appointment, he pressed down on the top of my foot here and left a bruise that lasted almost a month), the tingling, etc. connected with it, but no doctor is willing to do surgery on my feet to correct it because I have flat feet and arthritis in the soles of my feet as well. I can't take this pain much longer.

this can often be nerve pain. That's why it feels so terrible and has the characteristics of MORTON'S NEUROMA. The arthritis in your feet could be causing some of the pain you're feeling. I recommend you soak your feet three times daily with 1c. of dissolved Epsom salts in hot water. This is going to help give relief for the spasms. I have terrible problems in my feet very similar to you and what has helped me all lot is a cream called, "blue Emu." I've never had anything work as quickly and effectively. You can purchase this at drugstore.com, local drug stores or health food stores. I recommend you give this a try.

Dehydration can cause severe pain in the muscles. I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously.

I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day

It has it is roots as a christian-situated get-in combination, however now it is one huge mystery get together out within the core of nowhere and is attended through many. Much alcohol flows and there are a few best blues bands. I shall have my mouthwash in tow for the following Footwash.

The good news is today there are supplements and therapies to treat the pain. Before you begin any treatment for your joint pain, better consult a doctor to decide the nature of joint pain you have and find out the various healing options.
