Eat spicy food right before you go to bed. It works everytime-no joke!

Eat shellfish (cooked) with a wine you like & then go to sleep.

It will give you really whacked out dreams if nothing else.

Don't eat it if you're allergic, that's not a good plan.

Hmm, most ppl don't want bad dreams though. The other way to go, is to relax yourself completely & then focus on an image in your head & try to day dream yourself into a completely whacked out environment & see where it can take you.

But that takes a LOT of imagination!

If you want them, you won't get them. When I was a kid, when I had a nightmare, especially with a recurring theme, I would think of it just before I went to sleep. Then, I wouldn't dream about it. Unfortunately, when you have an anxiety disorder like I do, your nightly list can get pretty long. But it did work.

its actually quite simple (and has nothing to do with what you eat before going to bed). the answer is self hypnosis. now i know this sounds really scarry & you think you cant do it, but its like a walk in the park.

in your case you want to have a bad dream. all you have to do is lay in bed & right as you are easing into your slumber, relax yourself by taking deep breaths & thinking pleasant thaughts (like your on a cloud perhaps). then when your relaxed & dandy say to yourself in your head "i am going to have a bad dream tonight. when i have this bad dream i will immediatley wake up and remember it completely". just repeat that phrase in your head over and over and over and over until you drift asleep.

i've tried it before (exept not with a bad dream, just a regular dream) and it worked. just try it. one last peice of advice, if you do try something like this keep a peice of paper next to your bed so that when you wake you can write it down, because your mind is not supposed to let you recall your dreams, so it is very hard to remember them.

That has to do with your mind. Try thinking of events that gets you upset or sad, that might work. Don't know why you would WANT bad dreams though. Oh well. Up to you.

live a stressful life with tons of fear. Chances are if you wants bad dreams, then you probably don't fear cheesy horror movies or even plausible ones at that that take place out in the middle of nowhere with crazy rednecks eating you, haha, I don't know what to tell you

if you sleep in the posture such that you lie on the bed, your face looking at the ceiling, you legs completely stretched, and your hand always pressing your chest then I guarantee you will definitely get a scary dream ( like you are suffocating, or someone chasing you and even weirder).
