to make your body leaner and to burn off fat faster, make sure the majority of your calories are coming from protein. High protein, low carbs. NO SUGAR only Splenda until you hit your goal.

I just lost 100+ by eatin 100- 120 g of protein a day. You will have to supplement the protein because you just can't eat that much. I recommend chocolate isopure powder - 50 g protein per shake. mix with water not milk. milk has sugar. Diligently track what you put in your mouth (fitday.com). Next, begin pumping iron, heavy weights low reps. always stretch before and after working out. also supplement with a thermogensis product to boost metabolism. bodybyadvocare.com is a great source - pro athletes use this stuff so it's all safe -

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio (the only fat burning exercise) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

i think of the subject is which you're overdoing it. once you consume fewer than one thousand energy consistent with day, plus you're including in all that greater workout, your physique is going into an exceedingly much "starvation" mode. What which ability is, your physique isn't receiving adequate and it starts off storing fat further and extra to make up for it. So truly than completely crashing your caloric intake, basically make effective it remains decrease, yet focus greater on healthful, non-processed nutrition options. workout is often stable, do basically no longer kill your self over it. in case you do no longer see your self doing something usually happening, even after the nutrition plan to maintain your new physique, tone it down somewhat and make your targets greater handy. And besides, being 5'3" and 116 pounds isn't undesirable in any respect; in case you attempt to lose that plenty, your physique will truly flow into starvation mode! basically attempt and think of approximately dropping some waistline inches. you will desire to be stable.
