dreams work in metaphors. A good way to remember more of your dreams and to have more vivid ones is to write them down. write down every little detail you can remember, and review it! I keep a dream journal i write in every morning when i first get to work. It may seem anal, but really it's a hobby, and it has benefited me. As for your teeth falling out.....you have to look within yourself, because dreams work strictly metaphors. it is said dreams reflect what our unconscious is trying to tell us, so could you have some fear or problem with speaking to strangers or public in general? or you could idolize someone, or you could have a fear of losing your teeth :) There is no one definition for losing your teeth in a dream, everyone is different. introspect and write down your dreams. you often can see patterns after some time. delving into your unconscious mind is way too interesting neway!

The most common interpretation of this dream is self-consciousness. In society beauty plays a big role therefore we are somewhat self-conscious. In other words we care about what other people think about our physical appearance. Our teeth play a big role in this because that is what many people are self-conscious about. So many guidelines to maintain our teeth clean that in our dreams the easiest interpretation of our self-consciousness comes from our teeth. So when you dream about your dream teeth falling out this could very well mean that you are self-conscious about your looks. My advice is to spend time with friends who really don't care how you look like or how you act and accept you for who you are.

we have a belief in my tradition that, if you see your teeth falling then it means your family members or relatives may have the health problem. If it is upper teeth then the people elder than you may suffer and similarly for lower teeth the people younger than you. I have not heard about falling both rows of teeth ( because by that time you will be afraid enough to continue dreaming :-) )

I agree with A.J., brush brush, floss, and gargle. What on earth would you do if it turned out to be a premonition.... ewwww.... haha. I used to have that dream when I was a child, and very anxious about things. I am sure it is different for different people. If you have neglected your teeth, I would lean that way. If you are piled up to the wazoo in stress, that would be a darn good analogy. Either way, Good luck and watch for flying objects. :)

Falling out of teeth represent a person losing their ability grasp and break down issues which are important in their life. For example, instead of using self control and wisdom to deal with a issue, you may just act out of anger and emotion foolishly. Because you are not using your mind to settle the issues go rather just let rationale go, and handle it in emotions.

this is a common anxiety dream....teeth falling out, naked in a public place etc. are all manifestations of anxiety---once you try to target the source, you should have the dream less and less, then maybe eventually stop (until the next time you get stressed out, lol)

My explanantion is similar to the one below about anxiety. The "loosing your teeth" dream can symbolize a fear of losing control of some aspect of your life or not being in control of it in the first place. Are you in the process of changing anything- job, school, relationship, geographical location?
