It used to be the God of Heaven when God's chosen people were under the curse of the law. Now God wants you to love and pray for your enemies that they might turn from their sinful ways and become new creations in Christ Jesus.
Of course, if they stubbornly resist God's grace their entire lives, then He will wreak vengeance upon your and His enemies.
