Let's start off that stalking is ILLEGAL.
From the point of view of the person being stalked, this stalker is there at the most inappropriate times and places. It feels creepy! It causes strong negative emotional responses in the stalkee, #1 being fear. Certainly many stalkers to it out of other motivations, not expecting the stalkee to become fearful. However, that is the first and strongest emotion encountered.
Some reasons people do stalking:
To make a point, or to be heard.
To fulfill a threat.
Out of distrust, suspicion
Out of admiration, to catch a glimpse or snap a photo.
Voyerism - seeking visual sexual stimulation
To elicit a response from the stalkee
Out of a fear for the person's safety
Romantic admiration
As a romantic - yet too nervous and chicken to actually speak
To hunt down with intent to do harm
If you spotted a movie star, and wanted to see him again, that might be considered "normal"
The "chicken romantic" is just plain weird.
The stalker who is out to do it for negative reasons, or to intend harm is just plain crazy, and you need to call the cops.

it is not okay, and downright spooky for the person being stalked. There are stalking laws now in every state. Check your local law about it, and if your doing this to somebody you need to stop and seek out professional help.

It's weird,. There is nothing normal about stalking. It shows a defeciency in normal maturation growth. And there may be more deficiencies.

Stalking is scary, it can lead to bad results, I wouldn't be scared of ghosts but would be scared of the stalker, they can hurt you or kill you, I would call 911

stalking is abnormal and indicative of an impaired person. as to the rest of your adjectives, they could apply depending on the case scenario of the individual.

definitely crazy and illegal you'll go to jail and who would be so important to stalk but risk being arrested

IT IS CRAZY!!! it is against the law! you need to go to a psychiatrist right away! get help before you go even crazier!
