Well, of course you CAN, but I wouldn't recommend it. It wouldn't really be beneficial to you.
Your muscles need time to repair and heal...that's how they get stronger. By over doing it you risk a greater chance of a strained or pulled muscle or other injury.

The question is not can you, should you? If you are a super athlete like a triathloner then you can. The problem is that its very hard to sustain that level of training for any length of time. Not to mention the effects and damage on the joints from not having enough time to recuperate. SO, to answer your question yes you can but it masochistic to do so; however. Good Luck.

NO NO NO. that is way to long. the American Medical Association( or something like that) says that 1 hour is normal exercise daily unless you are trying to lose weight then 90 minutes a day.

You phsically could, it would be exhausting, and unhealthy though. I would do 30 minutes a day-2 hours a day. or just like 5 times a week.
