loosing weight will help you out and having breasts definately helps you out. It may be hard to aquire the hourglass figure that you would want but many women do not even have an hourglass figure. Several years ago I had seen some jeans in the mall that litterally had butt pads almost like a push up bra for your butt....you could search the internet for something like that to give you a boost...the way you dress can really help. wear fitted tops, accentuate your breasts and wear a-line skirts that come away from your body and create the illusion of a womanly figure....maybe??

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

All you really have to do is make sure your being carefull your calories. Like looking at the back of the package making sure there isn't a ton of fat. Also you can exercise like go to the YMCA and work out. My dad lost over 30 pounds in 3 months by going to the YMCA and cutting back on what he eats.

Healthy diet and exercise and don't forget vitamins!!
Keep the body healthy while you take the weight off or it will suffer!!

HEATHY eating and plenty of daily excersise.
stay away from chips, processed foods, ice cream candy etc.
and you should be fine
but if you want to lose it effectively you have to eat good AND excersise!! excerises with out the good food doesn't help as much
