Sounds like the venue. If it is a Catholic Church, it could very well be an adjoining building.

This has me puzzled. I looked on line to see if I could find it and I can't find anything. I hope someone knows who can help. Can you tell us what the entire invitation says?

OK, I just read your update. CYO does mean cover your own. I was not thinking reception, I was thinking wedding and couldn't figure it out. Most people used to put either No Host Cocktails or Cash Bar; I guess CYO must be a new thing.

Catholic Youth Organization?

We need some more details. How was cyo used on the invite?

Never saw that one, new one on me. I've seen cash bar available, but not cyo. I'll check back here to see if anyone else knows!

C you online?? (See you online)?

That's my best guess!

Edit......................

I am thinking the Catholic 'thang (answer below) is warmest?? MAYbe the CYO is the building/venue where reception will be held?

I also think it means cover your own... as in, we're not buying your alcoholic drinks...

There's nothing wrong with asking the couple what it means.
