One can only gain the strength of wisdom, when they understand that they truly know nothing.
Although psychic abilities do exist, regardless of what people believe, you can only hone in on the skills you have, and you have to be very sure that these skills are not just strength of intellect before stating they are psychic abilities.
It should also be pointed out that true psychic ability mainly reads off of residual energy surrounding a person or location; therefore it is foolish to think one can just say 'read my mind' to someone theyve never met (even for one minute).
Healing, and having the ability to see spirits are technically not psychic abilities as they still deal with use of the five senses.
Unfortunately even though we are in the age of the Aquarius which is the age of enlightenment and acceptance; there is still condemnation based on ignorance and there is still persecution. That is why true psychics rarely 'advertise' and rarer still would accept money (unless they became teachers etc), much less tell you they are, unless they feel comfortable enough to trust you wont judge or laugh at them. So I would advise on your journey towards wisdom is to be prepared for such.
Ive posted the link below, to someone I have met who could possibly help you on your course.

I too am a teenage psychic though I don't have as many powers as you do. I can sense and communicate with spirits (I only see them in my minds eye, I've never seen one with my real eyes) and I can sense the emotions/feelings/dispositions of others around me. I've only been fully aware of and trying to develope my abilities for a couple months now though. I found meditation helps, and research, lots of it. Unfortunately it's hard to find people to help us learn to master our abilities these days because such things are believed by many to not exist. But people like you and me know that it's real. You certainly seem to have more power than I do but that doesn't mean we can't help eachother out. If you want to chat more feel free to e-mail me. You can reach me at aniime_dragon@yahoo.com.
ps. Don't pay any attention to the mockery you recieve on this board. let them believe as they will. The important thing is to not allow yourself to lose faith in yourself or your abilities just because of a few snide remarks.
pss. I just found a couple boards on yahoo answers that deal with paranormal experiences and parapsychology if you don't already know about them. Their in the science and mathmatics category under "alternative". You might try asking some questions on those boards, you could get more help.

You are fooling yourself - no such talent exists. The magician James Randi has one million dollars waiting for you if you can prove any of these talents in a laboratory setting.
If you have any doubts about these so-called abilities, try a few simple tests. Have a friend shuffle a deck of cards thoroughly, then cut the deck and clearly think the name of the card he cut. You write down the card you get an image of. Do this for as say 20 times, and compare the results.
Then predict a roll of a single die. Write down the number you predict, and then have someone dump the die out of a cup, and write down the result.
If you're honest with yourself, you'll find that you have no such psychic abilities.

If you want to develop the same abilities as the well-known psychics (Sylvia Brown, Uri Geller, John Edwards) then take a few business courses, human psychology courses, and hang around unscrupulous con-artists. These people specialize in ripping people off by lying to them about whack-o, supernatural powers.
If, however, you want to treat people in an honest fashion, admitting this stuff is nonsense, and only useful for entertainment, than study James Randi, Chris Angel, Penn & Teller.
All these people can "do" psychic stuff, only some are honest, and some are thieves.

im sure that you have no powers whatsoever...no offense...but it is scientifically proven that so called "psychics just have a good sense of imagination and are able to interpret meaningless signs into a scenario that most likely never happens...and my as's hurts...can you heal me? didnt think so, and what am i thinking? hmmm...make my laptop fold shut. and how many guardian angels are around me right now? Exactly...no one can do those things except God himself

Check out this guy's site. http://www.randi.org
He can't help you develop your 'abilities', but he will give you or anyone you find a million bucks if you can prove you have them. Which I'm guessing you can't.
