What sould I do? Are those egg bad?
But now she wants to sit on them after 7 days.

do not remove the egg. it will only cause her to lay more. she needs to be let to sit on them for 28 days (that is what I do). she will only lay more eggs to replenish the one she lost. it is something they will do over and over if you keep taking the egg away and that is BAD. I have never heard of the eggs turning black and i breed several pairs of them. Is it maybe that its just darker than white? I would just let it be for aleast 24 days upto 28 days since it was layed.

Anytime a bird leaves her nest long enough for the egg to go cold, you can figure the egg will not hatch. Remove the eggs and she may try again, if she is still broody.

Just be sure you don't EGG her on. It could be a scrambled mess.
