I want to make a white peach sangria like AppleBee's. They put white zinfandel, peach schnapps, tropical fruit juices, and lemon-lime soda in theirs. I have peach schnapps, lemon-lime soda, white zinfandel, orange juice and pineapple juice. How much of each ingredient do I need to use to make this drink?

This one is straight from my local AppleBee's bartender:

3 oz Sutter Home White Zin
1 1/4 oz Peach Schnapps
2 oz Pineapple juice
splash of Sierra Mist

Fruit to add: sweet red apple, orange slice, lime wedge

Made it yesterday, SOOOOO yummy!

Not exactly the recipe from Applebee's but I think it tastes even better.

1 (750-ml) bottle chilled white Zinfandel
1/2 cup peach schnapps
2 tablespoons Cointreau or other orange liqueur
2 tablespoons sugar
2 cinnamon sticks -- broken in half
1 lemon -- sliced
1 orange -- slice
1 peach -- sliced into wedges
1 (10-ounce) bottle chilled club soda
Ice cubes

Mix first 8 ingredients in tall pitcher. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Mix in club soda. Fill 6 wineglasses with ice cubes. Pour sangria over ice and serve.
