I've done a couple of bake sales and these are the items that sold very well.
Pretzel rods dipped in chocolate (dip the top 1/3 of pretzel)
Popcorn balls
Cupcakes
Certain candies like taffy
Remember presentation is really important when it comes to a bake sale .Pick-up some of those cute decorative Wilton bags or clear bags you can find at Wal-Mart in the party section. Good luck.

You can make sugar cookie lollipops. I made some a few weeks ago for my mom. I took a made a sugar cookie dough recipe. Rolled it out, thick. Cut it into flowers, you can use any shape. Then I soaked thin popsicle sticks in water for a few minuets, then stuck them in the bottom an inch or so. Then I baked them at 350 for 15ish min. Then took them out, let them cool and used my fav icing recipe and some food coloring and a few Ziploc bags and iced them. Then i got a cut little metal plant pot and put a green foam thing in it (what you use for fake flowers) then I stuck the cookie flowers in them and put jelly beans at the bottom. You could do this, you could do flowers or anything you like and put them in the pots and cell the cookies out of them. Kids will think they are really cute and so will adults and will buy tons and they are CHEAP to make.

Sugar cookie lollipops are a good bake sale item. Its just a 3 inch round sugar cookie with a lollipop stick baked into it.

Puppy chow. Its easy to make and Kids LOVE IT
I mean reallly loooooovvvveeee it!!!!!
And you can make mass quantitys of it in a few minutes

i love chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and rice krispy treats(homemade ones, not that crap u buy from the store)
