I hear it coming from the front passenger side of the car, closer to the wheels. I don't want to bring in the car to the dealer because they are incompetent and nasty to deal with. I figure since the car is under warranty, I'll go when something breaks. What do u people think?

The problem is a draging brake pad due to a poor installation from the factory. If that is not the case the only other possiblity is a wheel bearing. howevery wheel bearings get louder the faster you go.

You should not waste any time and drop your vehicle off at the dealer

Brake pads have squeelers that will make a squeeling noise when worn out. That noise will stop when using the brakes. Your car may have extended warranty on many parts. Brakes however are not warranted. So go to your favorite nissan dealer not brake-X where the $99 dollar special ends up costing you 600. Nissan has the correct pads and hardware to correctly resurface the rotors on the car and get you back to the road quickly. One day in most cases.
