I find no trouble with any of them. I know I am right and they are wrong, so nothing they say bugs me. They are just showing their ignorance.
I just thought of something. With that list anyone can now become the greatest pro religion debater there is! You have all their arguments listed for anyone to use! We are doomed now! LOL

No I don't see any disadvantages based on how a Christian is supposed to behave when debating with people of other beliefs. The point of a Christian debating with an Atheist is to convince them to give God a try, and recruit soldiers for God. So, what rules? No name calling, no lies, speak the truth as the Bible says, and his word the way it works with science (if the need be). Rules are really a non-issue. You already know (because you have morals) that lying and name calling are wrong, and that it isn't a good way to get cooperation out of others (in this case, to open up and try God). Advice for Christians... be a witness of His love. Don't JUDGE... but instead, accept people for who and what they are. You HAVE to. You can't make a person change. The only way a person can change is if they decide to (like nicotine addiction... if they don't really want to quit, they won't, and it doesn't matter how hard you try to convince them). If they say no, let it go. I think there are too many Christians who try way too hard to persuade people and use the wrong words, body language, methods, etc. It's not any single person's job to 'save the world' like Superman - we work together to make the world a better place. In this case, God will send someone else to them... so you don't have to try too hard and end up scaring the person away. I just wanted to point that out... I have seen it happen too much.

I've heard about all of these.
Don't forget:
21. The bible says so. It is the infallible word of god.
22. All true science supports the bible.
23. Evolution is an atheist agenda.
24. You have to be born again to understand the bible/talking in tongues
25. You have to be open to god to understand him.
26. You are a atheistic hedonist focused on material possessions/don't need god/science as god.
27. The "ungodly" are children of Satan (heard this on a broadcast by Tony Evans that mum was playing on the radio)
It is pointless trying to debate someone who doesn't know how to reason. They believe that emotions can prove things.

The time I've spent on this and other forums has been fruitful. I can form a response to all those, but frankly for all it'd be in vain, since the speaker's mind is already made up about what not only their reality is, but mine too.
That's why I generally just answer questions on here, and don't ask them in this section. There's no purpose.
Remember, the problem with having all the answers is that there's nothing you can learn.

All of them are equally difficult to debate. Those who use any of these "tactics" are incapable of being reasoned with, so it is pointless to try. They would have to possess a mind capable of registering facts, evidence, and common sense to discuss differing viewpoints, but people who use these statements do not have such capacity. The only reason I respond to them in this forum is for my 2 points.

None of the above.
However, showing up on my doorstep at 7 AM on a Saturday morning really ticks me off. I need my beauty sleep to hide the tail and horns.

Number 1. That ends the debate.
...of course, the party using that side loses, as they concede to wanting to even have a debate.
