Cartoons and real action shows on Dic are on syndicatedly (if that's even a word) based upon your cable system. For example, I have Captain Planet on TBS Superstation Atlanta every Saturday at 7:00 am, and three Dic shows are on the Fox station headquartered in Rochester, New York, WUHF - these shows are Sabrina, the Animated Series, Archie's Weird Mysteries and Inspector Gadget, last time I checked.
