Here is what I did:

1. Sleep with head slightly elevated. I use a pillow and I put a pillow under my mattress where my head is.
2. rub a thick lotion in a circular motion under your eyes before you go to bed.
3. In the morning wash your face with warm water and then splash it with cold water.
4. freeze a spoon and put the concave part against your eyes in the morning (this is a version of the eye packs you put in the fridge and then put on your eye).
5. I have also had some luck with preparation H - but the effect seems to have worn off.

Good luck.

CCTV!
A slice of Cucumber on each eye for 5-10 minutes in the morning works.
Concealer when you have no time. dont pick a too light colour- that will make your bags appear worse than before
Tea! Drink it, wash the bags under cool water, ring them out, put one on each eyelid and have a lie down.
Vegetables and fruit- eat lots veg in your every day meals, it makes your skin lovely and your eyes bright.

Using a lighter color under your eyes helps draw attention away from bags. I uses this method every day and have for years. I was taught in school that dark colors draw attention and light colors reflect it, and I stick by it.
I use a gold under my eyes and it works great. You can uses a light pink or white but do use to much you just want it to be subtle. That's why i use gold it blends well with most skin tones, But its all in personal preference.

At night right before you go to bed ut a bit of preperation H on your bags and be careful because it can damage you badly if it gets in your eye. Then when you wake up in the morning they will they will be clearer and lifted. Also when you put your make-up on that morning put foundation on your bags.

I have the same problem. I wear concealer. You put some under your eye and pat it on... DO NOT RUB! But if your eyes are as bad as mine, I putnred lipstick under my eyes, then the concealer over it. It contracts with the blue of the bags. Try it.

it has more to do with your sleeping patterns than how much you actually sleep. i use to have the same problem because i use to sleep at different hours and wake up at different hours cause of my job. now i have a set schedule and i still dont sleep allot but feel less tired.
