but i am pretty sure he likes someone else and he messes around with me but not lately and I think he messes around with other girls to but I really like him what should I do.

Ask him out. If he says no, don't feel disappointed. It just means that he lost a girl or that you're to good for him. So don't wait, girl, ask him out already!!!
Also, consider that he could also be a "PLAYER"
