well whenever u see him looking at u just just tell him to take a picture it will last longer, or when ever u see him looking at u just go to him and say "hi how are u doing" or just wait for him to approach u .

Stare back and smile. That way, he'll know that you notice him, and you're friendly about it. It'll give him more confidence if he knows you're interested and most likely won't reject him.
