any sort of depression can be tide over by faith in GOD and sincere prayer.

Your prayer is from your heart. Further You must have to understood the fact that God is present in our heart. This can be realised in meditation. Further we are the creation of our own destiny. As per Hindu sacred religion, we carry all good and bad deeds life after life. There is no end unless we pray for unification of self with the divineliness.
Hence there is always a possible way to complete mergence with God in this life by a simple and wonderful meditation

Whenever I have bad dreams I always lay there in bed, half asleep and finish the dream. So if I had your dream, I would imagine the people trying to puke on me as Zombies and then I would kill them all. For some reason, finishing the dream can stop it from coming back. I've done it for so long, that bad dreams automatically finish in my favor & I don't wake up scared or feeling crappy. I taught this to my daughter (who is 8) and it works for her as well. She'll wake up and tell me all about kicking some bad dreams butt!
Try it and see if it helps you, don't be afraid to be aggressive in your dream, it is just a dream, but it's your dream.

Hmm i've had these problems before lol. You should listen to peaceful music or read a book before going to sleep. Ooor close your eyes, and try to think of something blank until you fall asleep (this sounded stupid to me when my friend told me to do it but it actually worked). Try forgetting about the nightmares before going to sleep thoug. If you don't... then you will dream about the same thing again. Oh, or drink sleeping tea. THAT really gets you so relaxed you don't even have time to think about nightmares...

I have had this happen to q relative before, think things so horrible to them they could not sleep. Here are 2 diifferent excercises that can stop this. 1. Draw out a complete picture of what you are dreaming. Put in every single detail. Then tear the paper into tiny shreds and throw it away. OR 2.
Write every detail of the dream out in detail, then tear it up into tiny pieces and throw it away. OR do both. Somehow, detailing this information out to ourselves, stops the fear. The act of destroying it tells us it is now out of our thoughts, gives us the control back. Do anything you truly enjoy afterwards, and completely relax. You will drift back into your nice sleep habits once again

get yourself into a calming routine. think good thoughts. might want to write down your dreams as a means of getting whatever is going on out of your head. and see if there is something going on in your life (not just right before you go to bed) that correlates to what is going on in your dreams. fix that stressor and the dreams might be better.

dunno if itll work for ya but i always told my soldiers the last thing they think of before they sleep will be the dream. im thinkin the one time its happened to you made ya mad or scared so you keep thinkin of it before ya sleep and it becomes reoccuring. another suggestion dont wake up so you can finish and find out why and your reactions when theyre done. sorta like the falling off a cliff dream where ya jump its never ending

Listen to music that clams you and makes you happy. I have also heard of drinking milk right before bed. I don't know if that works because i have not tried it personally.
