honestly, mine would have to be "Jesus wept" John 11:35. Yes, i know it is the shortest verse in the Bible, but it revelas so much about Jesus. It shows that he was a real man who felt sympathey, pain, hurt, joy, sorrow, love, hat, and every other feeling.

I am 13 and i got saved when i was about seven at a school chapel in a little Christian private school.

I like the one where Jesus curses the fig tree for not having fruit, Matthew 21:18-20. It really highlights how silly the Christian belief is.

My rationality has blessed me in a really imaginable way, but it might not be imaginable to those who are still suffering under the delusion of religion. My questioning, talking to others of many faiths, looking into the nature of belief, and really taking an honest look at religion has helped me break away from the religious superstitions.

That's my testimony.

My favorite verse is "Let not your heart be troubled, believe in God, believe also in me" I had cancer 23 years ago, and the Chemo damaged my heart. I stayed in the hospital for one year with numerous operations. I was told that I needed a heart transplant. The doctor sent me home to wait on a heart. On the way home my sister took me pass the Wal Mart to get my prescriptions filled. I had stayed in the bed so long until I had lost the ability to walk. I wait at the pharmacy while my sister did some shopping. A lady walked up to me and gave me a piece of paper, she said that God had asked her to give it to me. The paper said "I knew you before you were born, I know every hair on your head, I have taken care of you so far, and I can still take care of you." I tried to stop her to ask her some questions, but she never turned around. I got up and walked and shopped at the mall that day, and have been well every since. I hope that you are sincere in asking that question, because I take my healing very seriously. Before this happened I was not a true believer.

Isaiah 40:31 "They that wait upon the Lord he shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall walk and not be weary and run and not be faint.

I have enjoyed this verse since I was saved. It has given me comfort in all parts of my life to include going through a divorce, starting a career, locating to a new home, starting a new family, the death of a son, going to college and just everyday things. It just assures me that God through Christ is always there and his power, strength and grace will be with me in not only sorrow but, joy too. So therefore I rejoice.

Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Ephesians 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

My testimony? Something that has unimaginably blessed my life? Sure here goes:

I am a sinner. I was born a sinner and will always be a sinner until the day I die. I deserve to spend eternity in Hell seperated from God because of my sin. Because God saw fit to show his mercy towards me, I will escape that fate. God in his abundant grace and mercy washed my sins away in the blood of his Son Jesus Christ and now I am born again. One day I will walk with him in paradise for eternity not because I loved God, but because God first loved me. All Glory Honor and Praise to God, King of kings, Lord of lords, who from eternity was and is and shall always be! Amen.

"In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God, He existed in the beginning with God. God created everything through him, and nothing was created except through him. The word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone. The light shines in the darkness and the darkness can never extinguish it."

That clears up everything for me.
We live in a story God created to pass eternity. God is a fantasy writer! Why do bad things happen to good people? It advances the plot. Why does science make new discoveries all the time? To fill in the holes in the internal logic of the story. Time? Just a way to keep the "pages" in order.

I think it's in proverbs: "Ask and ye shall be given, Seek and ye shall find, Knock and it shall be given unto you." If you really ask yourself how logical this mythical creature is, you will realize you have no reason to believe in god other than the fact that other people do.
As for my testimony:
I believe god is many things. Many people believe in God because they can't face the harsh reality that there is nothing after life- a way to avoid the issue. To other people, such as churches, God is a way to control people or an excuse to do bad things. To others, God is a terrible belief that we need to keep fighting against.
