Exactly that...they tell you what kind of thing you might expect while watching the show (violence, sexual content, graphic medical procedures, etc.), and you, as the viewer, need to use your own discretion as to whether you still want to watch it or not.

bizarre basically means odd it sways towards negativity like 'oh he has a odd haircut' that sounds different to a more positive 'he's got a special/unique haircut' bizarre is like odd in that sense

They are telling you that if you are turned off by violence or adult language (or whatever they have said it contains) to police yourself and not watch it. Also you should consider whether your kids should be allowed to watch it. That is the mature form of censorship - do it yourself.

They are warning you if you are easily offended or easily grossed out. They also mean to think before you let kids watch.

It basically means little kids should not watch it (alone anyway) because there might be violence, inappropriate language, ect.

it's basically a warning that there might be "inappropriate" things on the show.crude language, violence etc.
