No, the x-ray can tell if there is damage because of smoking and that is all.

Hey, if x-ray could tell who smoked Marijuana, we would all be in trouble.

I know a doctor that for a price will touch up the negative.

Never. Only bones are caught in X-ray, and as far as I know, neither lungs nor marijuana has bones.
