In Biblical Version in Luke 1:35 And the angel answered and said unto her, "The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall OVERSHADOW THEE"
So how did the Holy Ghost come upon Mary? and how did the Highest overshadow her? That it was an immaculate conception because the language used here is distasteful (gutter language).

In Qur'anic Version in Chapter 3:47 and the angel says in reply "Even so: Allah createth what he willeth: When God hath decreed a plan, He but saith to it, BE and it is!

This is the Muslim concept of the birth of Jesus. For God to create a Jesus, without human father, He merely has to will it. If He wants to create a million Jesus without father or mothers, He merely has to will them into existence. He does not have to take seeds & transfer them, like men or animals, by contact or artificial insemination. He will everything into being by His word of command "BE" and "IT IS".

that's all great, but tell me this, how is it so well explained if none of the writers were even around for it?

Once again there is ignorance.
The immaculate conception is found only in Catholic doctrine and it refers to the theory that MARY was born without sin. Therefore, it was MARY'S birth that was "immaculate" and the word immaculate refers to LACK OF ORIGINAL SIN, not lack of sex!!!!! Sheesh, why don't you at least get your facts correct.

The Holy Ghost simply refers to God's spirit on Earth. It is never implied that God or God's spirit had sex with Mary. OMG, you people also have been known to claim that the trinity is Jesus, God the Father, and Mary....which is also not true. It is the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

So, the Bible also says that God miraculously caused Mary to become pregnant....

Next time, learn your facts.

He will be in a "resurrection body" that will be glorious. This is not subject to the kinds of pigmentation people get from living in certain parts of the world. Although he might have a Jewish Middle Eastern colouration when the glory is not shining through his face. He returns to Jerusalem, not Mecca, and will at that time save the Jewish people (not the Arabs) from an attack of some sort.

In cases of parthenogenesis (virgin birth), an ovum starts to divide by itself without fertilization, producing an embryo in which the paternal chromosomes may be replaced by a duplication of maternal ones. This asexual reproductive method is rare among warm-blooded vertebrates but more common among invertebrates. Pathological parthenogenesis has been observed in higher animals, such as the frog, fowl, and certain mammals. Parthenogenesis usually gives rise to female offspring or sometimes an abnormal male.

The Holy Spirit is God's active force or power, it overshadowed Mary. God, using his Holy Spirit or power transferred the life of his only begotten Son into the womb of Mary. Nothing sexual there at all, just a transference of life.

The version in Luke is much better and expressive but of course it is not surprising since the Bible is the Word of God where the Quran is just the words of an angel of the dark.

The first "answer" is right. Also, how is what the Bible read "distasteful"? Did you take that to mean a sexual role? You're distasteful then. What you re-wrote from scripture is another way of speaking something into existence. However it is shows more involvement that way. Instead of a generic speaking "100 Jesus's", as you wrote. Know what you criticize. Our faith also is based on Him being able to speak and have "it" be and "it" is.

Thanx 4 the read but I don't see a question here. What exactly are you asking?

God, by definition, can do anything He chooses to do. After-all, He is God!

Then why don't Muslims accept Jesus for who he is, the Son of God? Jesus is not just a prophet but a Messiah, a Saviour, a king of kings, the Son of God.
