Best diet for Curves workout?

I am 15, and will be starting Curves. What is the best diet (where I won't be starving all the time) to lose around 10-13 pounds (of FAT, not water)

Curves has a weight management book, and it has great menu. I think the book is only $5.00 and Curves does offer a weight management class when I took it it cost $69.00 but now I believe is $100.00. I lost 25 lbs using the daily menus.

Lots of fruits and veggies, maybe a little less carbs. The biggest secret about the diet industry and losing weight is that there isn't any secret (not if you want the weight gone for good). Drop soda and foods high in fat. Eat well (maybe even less calories) and exercise more.

A low-fat, low-calorie diet with plenty of fiber. Fiber has no calories but it is very dense so it keeps you feeling fuller for a longer period of time. I would imagine that the people at Curves will recommend an eating plan for you, though. Just remember to eat healthily. Good luck!

Eat right and exercise. Stay away from soda pop as this is one of the worst causes of obesity. Just remember at your age you may still be carrying a little "baby" fat. It will go away with a good program which it sounds like you are going to do.
