i mean whats time like for light?

Light has no perception of time.
Time is a man made concept. A word used to describe the sequence of events. Not an actual thing.
But if you could follow a photon through space at the speed of light time would seem to stand still. You may very well be in all places at the same time.

Light is not the only thing that travels at the speed of light. The whole electromagnetic spectrum does as well, including radio waves etc..
This speed is the limit at which any information can move within the universe, however if a body contains mass [unlike a photon], there will be a time dilation effect as it approaches the speed of light, where an observer would have a different frame of refernce regarding time that the moving body.
Time will effectively slow down for the moving body, however a significant percentage of the speed of light must be achieved for a noticable effect.
This has been tested and measured, and conforms with Einsteins predictions.
Nothing with mass can ever reach the speed of light, as it's mass would then become infinite.
