eight hours of sleep
lots of protein like some scrambles eggs and toast
drink some good water ( not too much or else you'll be in bathroom every minute)
small glass of OJ
hot tea.

fruits or peanuts for snacks

meditate before you live.

forget the power bars, candy they give you a huge intial boost then drain the energy out of you.

Get at leats 6 hours of sleep, if not 8. For brakfast eat something that will stick with you like eggs or oatmeal. And yes, those protein bars will be good to keep you satisfied during testing. Good luck!

I would enjoy some turkey and/or tuna fish tonight to help you sleep (Triptophane blast) for 8 hours.
In the morning enjoy some eggs, bacon, and hot chocolate. This combination helps lift your mood.
During your break drink bottled water and Quaker oat muffins/cookies/b-fast bars.

Don't eat anything you wouldnt normally eat. Not worth risking your stomach giving you attitude.

Also stop studying now and go to sleep. If you didn't know it now you won't know it tomorrow. Good luck
