It depends on the guy. Some like women's figures, some check out their outfits, some their hairstyles, etc. Each person is different. What do you think when you check out guys? It's normal to look at others.

Just thinking that they are attractive. We don't think "I want to jump her bones". Have you ever noticed an attractive woman? Women check out other women more then men do.
