thanks for the answers but i dont really appreciate the sarcasm in some of them. during a recent visit to my nephew on the 8th floor of the hospital it was said by someone in the elevator to my sister that new beginnings start on the 8th floor and that it was written in the bible so i thought by putting the question out there i might get a serious answer from someone who knows the bible. perhaps my sister misunderstood what was being said to her. i guess when there is tragedy in a persons life they try to find hope where ever it might be available so if you would like to answer and can do so without sarcasm please do. if you are a smart *** please refrain from leaving your ignorant comments! thank you

No such verse in the Bible - and it will seem obvious to most people but I'll write it anyway: There were no 8th floors when the Bible was written.
