My mom and I tried it and it didn't do anything, AND it wasn't as fun as it looks :(
Waste of money to me.

my best friend has one and she is still fat as a cow. ( I am no lightweight either but still) she is now pregnant with baby #2 and she has gotten really fat this time. before this she was a little on the chunky side and the ab lounge did not work.

excercise works. if you do the ab lounge, your excercising.
will it make it easier or better results? No.
is it worth paying for when you can do crunchs for free? no.
Will it motivate you to work out? No.
Will it sit in your closet next to the thigh master? yes.
there are no shortcuts. better to join a gym, or go to the rec center.

well some find it kind of weird while others say it's a matter of practice and then you might enjoy it.
so either go to sports authority or sears and see if they have one on the floor to try out before buying it.
