Fellow R&S users! I have refrained from using Y!A for a few weeks or so, and upon returning to my beloved forum, I have noticed that there has been absolutely NO progress in the debate between Atheists vs. Theists! Nor will there ever be! What does this tell us about either side of the argument?

This says that this group NEEDS to be kept at large e-distances from each other, else there will be blood on the streets.
So far it's sometimes degraded into a digital foodfight - bytes of food being slung all over the cafeteria.
But there are moments of lucent dialog, discussion.and exchange.

And I agree. I don't see much progress on either side. The same questions every day, several times a day, round and round and round we go. Pointless.

It shows are deeply brainwashed religious people are. They seem beyond help. No matter how many times and different ways you show them that they are wrong, they refuse to believe anything besides what their religion tells them. I kind of feel like a bully, having a battle of the wits with unarmed people.

placed on hats. They stretch out your hair if its wavy, no longer asserting this could make it advance swifter yet have damp hair and slowly place a hat on it for like 30 minutes to an hour. the take it off slowly, then brush and your hair would desire to be flatter.

I will state it again...We produce a lot of heat and very little light in this section of Y/A.....I wonder if they have this problem in the Holiday or Etiquette sections?

"progress" is never going to happen on this issue. It's just one of life's big issues that's never quite resolved. It would be easier to solve world hunger.
