What a moronic, idiotic question. Nobody is encouraging illegal immigration. The Mexican government wants legalization to be more lenient and faster. Legal Immigration is favorable to the USA, they collect the revenues of legalization, plus the fact that legals and illegals are consumers.
Stop the stupidity, Illegal Immigration is a business for the USA, and as long as the "EMPLOYERS" keep bulging their pockets, it would exist. The fake "RAGE" about it is with the sole purpose to keep idiots like you from looking at the problems that are really putting this country in a down slide.

Mexico enjoys the billions of dollars from the ILLEGAL ALIENS they send back from the USA. Mexico is a corrupt dirty garbage dump of a country along with the people who encourage this illegal immigration.

Why should they? Our politicians continue to pander to illegals. The public doesn't seem to vote the idiots out. Look at teddy kennedy - they mans a disgrace to this country and men in general yet people vote for him just because of his name. Those of us who are aware of what the real issues are behind this amnesty bill need to talk to our family and friends and let them know the tremendous cost to our country if they allow our politicians to vote for this.
Call your politicians, let them know you vote and how you will be voting. This issue will have a profound negative effect on this country unless we let every politician know we will vote them out just for this alone!

Because they know that with way they're doing it now, they won't have to pay anything.
In addition, they know that the U.S. will never do anything about it in that 1) the UN would come down on them and the liberals would squawk ("Our world image is horrible!") and 2) the liberals inside of the US would scream racism.

Are you kidding? They set up more consulates here every year to direct illegals to services WE pay for. They intend to take all credit but none of the costs, while they call us 'mean' not to give away everything we have.

They're encouraging it because of the boost thier economy gets from remittances, why would they cut into that by paying out when they don't have to?
That'd be like the Chinese paying thier slave laborers and passing the cost along to WalMart.
