with NO cap for those with PhDs or Masters degrees?
It looks to me like they have decided there are even more profits to be made from driving down educated citizen wages as much as they have done to blue collar wages. I agree with SOME raise in h1b - to 100,000, but that is already less than the bill already has. This would be on TOP of the bills green cards already stated, which is a huge increase over what we give out now.
What do you think?
