Do calf raises. You can even do them at home. Stand on a step with your heels off the step. Raise and lower your heels. Each time you raise, hold the position for a few seconds.

Riding a bicycle will also build up your calves.

Calves are the HARDEST places to put on muscle mass. Trust me, I know. I have no calf muscles. :-(

i have skate boarded for 3 years now and i cant see a change in my calfs.but a good way to get muscle in your calfs is lean forward onto for tip toes and roll backward onto your heel. with your feet together.do this as many times as you want and you will start to feel the burn. lol

There is a excerise called Standing Calf Rise. You do it by standing by by a wall for support and lift your body off your heels

Run sprints uphill. Do bodyweight calf raises on a step. If you have access to a gym, use their calf equipment.

Put a long bar with whatever weight your comfy with on your shoulders, keep your hands on the bar so it doesnt fall and kill your cat, then do 3 sets of 10 reps standing on tippy toes then comming back down.

Bike a lot, hike, work out on an eliptical.
Worked for me, I've got sexy cavs. Lol. No seriously, they make my lower legs look great, so they're a favorite part of me. =)

Do weight liftingwith leg weights orhang from a bar and try to pick your self up it worked on me
