there is no miracle pill etc..the best way is good old fashioned cardio. wether it's running ,jogging, biking, brisk walking, or any machine at the gym where it gets your body moving. this coupled with stomach exercises and yes ya gotta watch what you eat. you don't necessarily have to eat leaves and berries- portion control really works.

Dont take beans cos they produce gas and take less salt or sodium-rich foods cos they cause bloating.
