It means that you do not have the good sense to keep your newborn out of pissing range of your dog.

This situation could get out of hand very fast. As others have said the dog is staking claim and exhibiting dominance too which can turn into a bite eventually. Put the dog in his place by not allowing him on the furniture and don't leave the baby alone with the dog.
The dog is NOT having jealousy issues.. Dogs do not have the emotional depth to experience jealousy. People often think it is jealousy but dogs are not human and their body languages mean entirely different things then people think.

It means you are a moron for allowing your baby to be anywhere near a dog that will piss on it. Hopefully you dont tell anyone living near you this, cuz someone will probally call CPS on you for allowing your newborn to be pissed on by a dog. You should really get a life and i really hope that was a joke question or something and not a serious question, because if it is, you wont be the mother of that baby for very long.

It means that your dog has some jealousy issues and it not tended to it could lead to other things like the dog biting the baby or the dog running away. I would suggest getting a dog trainer to come work with your dog to resolve the problems immediately.

Keep the baby off the floor and watch the dog.

It means you are not protecting your baby from the dog.. You have allowed the dog to think that the baby belongs to him and he is marking that baby for his own.
No good mother would allow their baby to be in that position that the dog can pee on the baby, let along CONSTANTLY.. What is wrong with you??

He's marking his territory. He doesn't like this new little addition to "his" family and he's letting you know it. He'll get over it in time, but it is a problem. Just make sure your baby isn't on the floor when the dog has access to him/her. Then he can't urinate on the baby.

He is probably jeolous of your baby as your baby gets more attention...he is marking his territory...try to let your dog know that the baby is part of "his" family too..and not an outsider...by allowing your dog to sniff the baby WHEN YOU ARE AROUND...nvr let your baby alone with a possessive dog..coz u wouln't know wat he might do...when he attempts to urinate on your baby again..stop him with a firm voice..and let him know that his behaviour isn't acceptable...nvr put your baby on the floor...put him in a safer place like his craddle..where your dog can't reach...
gd luck..and congradulations on your new family addition..
