Who was created first? Humans or plants?
1:11-13 & 27-31 suggests plants while
2:4-7 suggests humans.
lol, I just asked a similar question, but it was humans or animals.

plants - humans in gen 1
gen 2 is a more detailed account - only the plants you are referring to would be the garden of eden, which was planed in the east AFTER all of the other plants were created over the earth.

Plants of course.
Complexity follows simplicity.
Humans are most complex of all.
God created everything to eventually evolve into US.
PS. Plants hundreds of millions of years ago, modern humans, around 140000 years ago.

The creation stories in the Book of Genesis are faith stories, not a scientific account of how the world was created. We do not know how or when or where humans were created.
