i found this cute dog running in a busy street i posted up dog posters and check local shelters too see if anyone is missing her. anyway i dont know what breed she is! she is pure white and big. any help thanks

She's a purebred rescue mutt - my favorite!
Believe it or not, it's a little difficult to tell from a picture what breed a dog is, since there isn't a reference point to see her measurements, as well as check her teeth to see how old she is (in order to tell her age).
However, she does have Golden Retriever in her. I doubt that she's lab, due to her feet - they're not the short, stocky web shaped feet that dominate in lab mixes. (I have a lab-border collie mix that has the distinctive lab feet).
The rest of her mix could be just about anything, depending on her age and if she's full grown. I've seen dogs like her that are Golden and Great Pyranees mix, and others that are Golden and Husky mixes, etc.
Take her to your vet to have her checked, and they can look at her teeth and size to give you a more definite answer.

That sort-of short snout and little tail curl, may have a touch of chow ... along with about 2-3 other dog-about-town characteristics.

Thats a mutt my friend. A Heinz 57 if you will. Looks like a mix of White Shepard and Lab.. thats my guess though.

I had a pure bred white German Shepard. The main difference I see is her fur is a bit longer, so maybe Golden Retriever.

Wow Tiff, that dog could be a mixture of anything. The white colour be part Husky, the facial appearance could be German Shephard.
It is not a pure bred thats for sure.

Looks like a mix of some sort, most likely golden retriver. Has the same sort of face and looks like the same typpe of temperment. The tail isn't right though. Almost looks kinda of shepard-like.

I think everyone is right on. She is a golden lab mix most likely. Being pure white, she could definately be a white shephard / golden lab mix.

This is just a guess, but I would say a greyhound/terrier mix. He/she looks like a sweet dog. Good luck finding the owner. You are a very kind person to take him/her in.
