i swim for an hour or more.. and do martial arts for an hour or more too.. but after all that.. when i come home.. i eat so many but not get full..

i drink milk and bread in the morning. a decent lunch but when dinner comes i eat everything.. cookies. rice etc.

what should i do..
im really gaining a lot now..

Dont buy the stuff you feel guilty eating. If you dont have it readily avaliable can you really eat it when it comes time for dinner?

try eating whole grain breads and limit your salt intake, salt can dehydrate you but also make you put on weight. if you are hungry all the time, it is good to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables- you can eat a lot of these without gaining weight because they are low on calories and have tons of vitamins.
make sure that you are getting good proteins like chicken and fish.
talk to your dr. for the best nutrition plan for you.

You need a larger breakfast that includes some protein, lunch OK, and a smaller dinner. NO refined sugar, no bread.
Drink more water.

drink alot of water and fruits, it will make you full
